The donuts and croissants are amazing and naturally vegan! the donuts are the same as they serve at santana. I also love their pastableits under the sea mac and cheese. they really only have so many vegan options, but they are so expensive

I had a delightful lunch here during my visit to Colorado Springs. They offer numerous vegan options for ready-to-eat meals, including salads and packed dishes. Additionally, you can find a wide variety of other vegan foods and products as well!

Ttla is delicious the salad bar is incredible but super expensive!

The staff can be a bit inconsistent in their demeanor, but the variety of options on the menu is fantastic!
