Spa day was great. Fab massage. Lovely chilling in the sauna and swimming. Was asked to pay at check in desk as pay points not working but it was check in/out time and was extremely busy. Service was a bit slow in dining room and I got the impression that the staff were new. All very young and seemed inexperienced. Noteworthy details: Spa was very relaxing.
