It was great, kids loved it, they have really good pizza. Easily spend a couple hours their, plenty of games, I wish some of the games offered more tickets for the younger kids , but had a fun time highly recommend, will go back
While traveling with our 3 kids, we Googled family friendly places to visit. Bonkers came up. We burned through about $60 in 2 hours, including admission, no food. The kids had a blast! We visited many places during our trip, but Bonkers is the only stop they talk about with excitement. Will likely stop again if we return to the area.
Had my nieces birthday party here. She had a blast but us adults were less than satisfied. First off, when we came through the door we were told we could not bring in our Starbucks drinks. We were also advised that we could not bring in the veggie tray and pre packages cookies we bought. The ONLY food allowed brought in was cake. When we booked the party room we were required to purchase pizza and drinks from them, and also game points. I expected since we payed such a high price for the room, food, and game points that we could bring in at least a Starbucks drink. The party rooms are extremely small. Staff was running all over the place and seemed extremely disorganized.
Had a birthday party for our twin girls and it was a great time as always. Tina was very helpful with setting everything up and checked on us often. Definitely recommend.
