Cupcake - Columbia

The shop itself is small but cute. I went on a Friday and they only had a few cupcakes on display and no other desserts presently available. But I did fall in love with the Apple Pie Cupcake!

Delicious cupcakes! cute little shop and employees were very friendly. They have a variety of cupcakes to choice from.

When I walked in I had no idea what to expect. I 've never had cupcakes downsouth since I 'm from the north and we only have cupcakes upnorth. Suffice to say I was excited but also nervous to discover a new world of cupcakes. The sales associate Cara could tell I was nervous and helped me with all my sales needs. She could not have been better at her job. Honestly if she was trying to sell me the moon I would 've bought it. She convinced me to try the red velvet cupcake and it was a delight. The cupcake here changed my life. I will forever remember this experience and I 'm especially thankful for the wonderful service I received from sales associate Cara.

We needed to make change for parking so popped in here to do that. This was an absolute happy accident that we came across this place. I like to consider myself a cupcake connoisseur and I have to spread the news that these are by far the BEST cupcakes in South Carolina and maybe even the east coast. We ordered a bourbon pecan. My husband and I walked out not thinking much- took a bite and stopped immediately. I looked at him and he looked at me as we silently agreed we needed more. So we did just that! I am obsessed with the bourbon pecan and the Samoa. Vanilla bean is good but the flavors In the others really steal the show. The frosting! Oye, It’s Something you have to experience for yourself. So yummy. Do yourself a favor if you are in Columbia…stop in. You won’t regret it. Also- pro tip. Bring coins for parking. The store is cashless and you will need Apple Pay or a card to purchase anything

Disappointed in cupcakes customer service. Ordered cupcakes for delivery received items with melted icing toppings on the bottom of the box. Manger said they do not always put the boxes in a paper bag for delivery. Instead of apologizing about the issue or trying to resolve, the manager attempted to argue that direct sunlight doesn't effect the icing on a cupcake. These cupcakes are expensive we would expect the store to do everything they can to make sure they arrive intact but they do not. Dissatisfied will not be ordering from here again.
