Arby's - Columbia City

The curly fries were cold stale. Not the first time at this location.

Sad that you see the picture of the item you want to order, and when you get that order...hardly any tarter sauce (not even enough to cover the fish) and the lettuce...what lettuse...oh wait!! There's a few shreds soaked into the bun! Almost a $9 meal and got a disappointment

Always very slow and understaffed.. got my food this evening and it was COLD , and the lobby was closed…

I only use the drive-thru, and it's fine. The wait is not too long, so nothing to complain about. The food seems on par with other Arby's, so you know what you're getting.

Not any better a year later. While they seem to have fixed being out of food items, the food is not so good. Food is always cold and the sandwiches are missing ingredients. Tonight's fish was slapped on a bun and smeared with tarter sauce but no lettuce. We like the fish sandwiches but not at this Arby's.
