Jimmy John's - Columbia City

I've had great service here multiple times. It's a fantastic spot to grab a meal!

They called me a few minutes after I placed my order to let me know I needed to switch to pick-up. However, I was glad that they refunded and adjusted my order for me.

The food is exquisite, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful.

I went there to pick up a sandwich for my wife and was greeted with the message that Jimmy John's doesn't offer friendly drive-thru service. Additionally, when I received the food, I had to ask for a bag. I was in the drive-thru – why wasn't the food already bagged? It feels like they are struggling to find good help these days.

I visit this restaurant every day and always order the number 13, and they never get it wrong! The food always looks great, but I have to say it doesn't compare to the adorable blonde girl with brown eyes. As for the boss, I think his name is Tosh? He has a quirky habit of throwing pickles if he's not happy with your order. Because of that, I would give it a 5/5, but due to the pickle throwing, I’ll go with a 4/5!
