Kfc - Columbia City

I waited for over 15 minutes to receive a party of 12's dinner order. The parking lot is in need of repaving.

This KFC is terrible. The wait times are always too long and sometimes even after waiting 20-30 minutes, the food is still cold. You can often hear employees swearing in the background and I've even seen them standing at the window eating while customers are in the drive-thru. The overall presentation is just poor. I worked for Yum Brands for 8 years and none of this would have been tolerated. The order accuracy is also not great most of the time. If this wasn't the only fried chicken place in Columbia City, I would never give them any of my money.
