Wendy's - Columbia City

The food was wonderful; I really enjoyed the fries and the Baconator.

We were really disappointed because they forgot all the sauces we ordered. We paid for a junior hamburger without any sauces, and all we got were just the buns. It ended up costing us almost $3 for just a bun!

The Ranch Classic Chicken Club still had the paper from the cheese on it, which was off-putting! The French fries were overcooked, but the Junior Cheeseburger was tasty.

This place has lost their mind. One double combo (double burger, coke, fries) was close to $13. The fries and burger were cold and the burger had what seemed to be a gallon of ketchup on it. Service was friendly at least. However, worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The restaurant was quite dirty and appeared to have needed a thorough cleaning before opening. The staff seemed confrontational, and I witnessed one of them spraying cleaner on the countertop next to the cash register, which raised concerns about sanitary conditions. I believe they should be shut down by the health department and that the entire team should be replaced.
