Ruby Tuesday - Columbia County

Ate during Masters week and place was slow but food was good and hot.

I'm crazy about the croutons on their salad bar! I could eat a whole bucket! I go here mainly for the salad bar. However, all of their dishes are wonderful! Price is very good. Service is great. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

So, because this is only 1 of 2 places with a salad bar, my husband and I decided to try again today for lunch even though our last 2 experiences here for dinner were terrible. The last time we were here was 4 weeks ago. The smell of sewage hits your nose when you walk in. 4 weeks ago, my husband went to the restroom and discovered the urinal had been torn off the wall and today it still has not been repaired, thus letting the sewer gas smell into the restaurant. Not something I particularly care to smell while I 'm trying to eat. Every time I get a new plate at the salad bar, I have to get another because it seems every other plate is still dirty. It happened today and I was able to use the 3rd plate I picked up. Then, we had to wait for more plates to be brought out to the salad bar after another patron asked for them. I do not understand the continued lack of care at this place. The owner keeps answering all these reviews but are you really doing anything about any of this?? I don 't do reviews for free stuff. I do them in order to let owners, managers, etc know of issues present that need to be addressed. I 'm honestly surprised this place is still in business. Please do something to get your staff to care more about where they work. And do something yourself if you want to be a proud business owner.

I never made it to a table. The smell when we entered the restaurant was terrible. The place was empty so maybe others smelled it as well.

So disappointed in salad bar. It used to be the pla e to go but no more. No spinach to choose from. No croutons... no fruit except a small bowl of mandarin oranges. S12.99 WHAT A RIPOFF.
