Cicis Pizza - Columbia

Very disappointed drove through 6:00 traffic to come for a good salad. Here they mixed salad, the green salad was terrible. I ask the manager, a lady who has more salad, she sees me right in the face and said we have no more. I'm asking for a refund from the young lady who's coming. During one of your staff waiting, a bag of salad came. I was shocked that she lied to my face when she took time to return my refund for my meal. I sat with my son while he ate, didn't want to ruin his night. I come here more than often and have never been lied to, like tonight, inacceptable customer service by Manager Jessica.

If I could give him a 0... I'd probably. It's low-grade. The crust was thin and rubbery, u can seriously say a difference between them and a top pizza fast food chain. With the price they charge, it should be 10 times better.?

Great food, but the girl at the counter was very rude and respectful. Many people and there are children who are completely out of control. If you want to relax after a hard day at work, I would look different.

Excellent service. Fresh hot pizza . Manager I think his name was Mitchell and all the staff were great. Love the full choices of salad, soups and dessert.
