Contribuisci feedbackThey can at least say the people are “probing” to be kind. but donuts always seem like they are a day old and slightly annoyed they make them work at all. ordering is never completely correct. I will avoid them in the future.
Rude employees. go every morning. the last three paintings I was gone it was a terrible experience. they lost my business and I'm sure I'm not the only one that complains to me.
I ordered a few donuts and several roasted bagel sandwiches by doordash. I opened my door and saw the donuts, confused I called this and asked about the rest of my order. he said their ovens were down. that would have been nice to know. I spent almost $20 on eating that I didn't get and got no call to let me know. I called the load and asked for a refund for the things I didn't get, and they told me in the round, I must go through the app to get my refund. at this point they forget it. I only wish they had made it online clear or had given me the meaning that several products cannot be produced.
The staff at this restaurant are quite rude. Every time I come in to place an order, they have a dismissive attitude that makes me feel very uncomfortable. They rush me through my order and clearly lack any people skills. I apologize for asking if you had a chocolate donut; I should have realized that you were out by 10 o'clock while I was in the drive-thru.
Manager arguing with staff in front of customers. Waited 10 min for a small coffee four people after me got theirs first I asked for money back at 10 min he told me no I said I at the doughnut already I wanted my coffee with my doughnut. While I’m the restaurant a lady returned all her doughnuts for being burnt. The manager is very unprofessional
