Dunkin' - Columbia

The manager at this restaurant was the most wonderful person I've ever encountered in a dining establishment. We ended up here by chance because I mistakenly ordered through the app at the wrong location. When we arrived, the staff was curious about our situation. I explained to the manager what had happened, and she was surprised that the other store not only refused to help us but also sent us to another city for our order. To our delight, she went ahead and made our food herself, and even gave us a complimentary doughnut hole. It turned out to be a happy accident, as I've now discovered this place is much better than Knox Abbott.

The French Cruller donut was enjoyable. Fair price. Good service. Good food production. Entertaining when it comes to variety of donut choices. Team member uses knowledge and experience to identify and present the right product, service's and solution to meet customer's needs. Great communication within company. Great choices when it comes to breakfast and snack time. Received prompt drive thru service. Delivered great quality donuts. Great Professionalism. Anticipated customer needs.

The staff was friendly and attentive, even with my lively toddlers causing a bit of chaos. They had everything we needed and generously provided us with an extra cup to divide the kids' drinks. Their service was warm and welcoming, and you could see the smiles in their eyes.
