Firehouse Subs Killian Crossing

The service is so slow. I placed an online order to be ready at 2010 and the order wasnt ready by the time I got there and still had to wait 10+ more mins for it to be done. Why have online ordering when you still have to wait. Shameful

Service is not too great. There were times when I didn't feel welcome. Some of the employees appear bitter. Subs are good, but that's it. Going to Subway.

Love the sub but my order wasn't correct this time, tried to call to correct, no help.

Although our food was good I was so disappointed in what was a $13 sub that was accepted to be a big one, but looked more like a small one and the chili bowl was literally just a cup full of chili! The staff were nice and the store was clean. They are also great about our first answers.
