Grill Marks - Columbia

This wasn't my favorite restaurant, and here's why: when I walked in, the floors were sticky and the tables were wobbly, giving the place a messy atmosphere. There's nothing worse than sitting at a table that moves every time someone touches it. When you order your burger or sandwich, keep in mind that fries are sold separately. While we enjoyed the fried pickles and onion fries we chose, I found them to be overpriced. My son had the bison burger, and I ordered a chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the chicken was quite dry, although the sauce was tasty. The bison burger was good, but overall, I just thought the prices were too high. I would give it three stars.

We are residents here and have dined with them many times. However, this particular night, was a horrible experience especially while celebrating a friend 's birthday. Our waiter was Hunter and he was not attentive at all. We waited an hour for 2 shakes and when they finally arrived, they looked thrown together. Little did our waiter know that I 've had this particular shake before and it had a much better presentation the first time and I told our waiter this. His excuse was that they changed glasses which had nothing to do with it 's horrible display. Then we waited and waited for food that was cold and hard. And to put the cherry on top...our waiter knew it was someone 's birthday so he made a nice gesture to give her a free brownie however, it was cold and hard like it was taken directly out of the freezer and plated. Thanks but no thanks. Will not return. Photos attached includes the way the shake is supposed to look and what we were served.

Absolutely fantastic! As an eight-month pregnant woman, this restaurant completely fulfilled all my cravings! I ordered the black and blue burger with bacon (which is a must-try) along with Parmesan truffle fries and a salted caramel milkshake. I highly recommend it to all the pregnant women out there!

While on a business trip in Columbia, I decided to stop by this restaurant for dinner. I sat at the bar and ordered a delicious burger, which was cooked exactly to my liking. The bar staff was very friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. They also had a great selection of beers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates a high-quality burger or craft beer. Next time, I’ll have to try one of their shakes!

I had spent a week reading reviews and discussing gluten-free options with the waitress since I have celiac disease. She was well-informed about how the kitchen handles gluten-free items. Our waitress, Jorden, was fantastic and incredibly patient with our kids. Our food arrived promptly and was quickly devoured—my five-year-old ate not only her meal but also sampled everyone else's! My three-year-old declared it the "yummiest food ever in the world," which was adorable. The manager stopped by to chat and asked if there was anything we would change to improve our experience, but honestly, we couldn't think of anything! When the bill arrived, my husband was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was, especially considering we fed everyone—he double-checked that we were charged for everything we ordered. The prices were excellent! The food was outstanding, and for the first time in a long while, I dined out without experiencing any symptoms that could ruin our day. We will definitely return for more family meals and date nights. Thank you!
