I Heart Mac Cheese - Columbia

I ordered the grilled cheese combo with pepper jack and pepperoni. I was expecting sliced pepperoni but instead received small chunks, which seemed out of place on a sandwich. I couldn't really taste the pepperoni. The combo included a sandwich, a small portion of tomato soup, and a few tater tots for $11.95. In my opinion, it was not worth the price. The sandwich was average and the small amount of soup was not satisfying. I visited the restaurant because my daughter wanted a grilled cheese and I was recovering from chemotherapy and didn't feel like cooking. Next time, I'll let her make her own meal.

My family of 5, all vegans, have visited this restaurant multiple times and have never been disappointed. The service is consistently friendly, even when dealing with teenagers. We've even been there during understaffed times and still had a pleasant experience. The wait can be long, but the food always arrives hot. I find it easier to order through the app and pick up our food. The prices are a bit high, but that is to be expected when dining out with a family of 5, especially when eating vegan. I can't vouch for the rest of the menu, but we love the Mac and Cheese! In terms of kid-friendliness, there are decent options for children's meals.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could!! I was initially looking forward to trying this place as it offers a unique theme compared to other restaurants. We just finished our meal and I must say, the prices are way too high for the quality of food being served!! The dishes were extremely bland, especially the chicken Parmesan Mac. I had high expectations but ended up feeling very disappointed. I will not be recommending this place to anyone!!

You want a laugh? Ask them for the grilled cheese kids meal with a side of soup and then take a look at your “side of soup”.Looks of the place were beautiful. Food, bland and not good. Crust of grilled cheese was too burnt. Mac n cheese was bland. Portions were small and over priced. Dude, if you’re going to spend the money, just go to chic fil a. You’ll regret spending your money here.

Horrible food. Grilled cheese sandwich was horrible really bad taste. Soup with meal is just a side size . Soggy chicken .very overly priced not worth it at all. Please save your money and go to some better restaurant like Panera .
