I'm not sure how you can manage a restaurant full of customers with more than half of the staff seemingly unproductive. A few dedicated workers are trying to keep things running smoothly, but it's difficult to see them succeed when most of the employees are scattered around and not focusing on the tasks they are paid to perform.
I was the only customer at the restaurant since they had just opened. I requested extra mayo and pickles on my sandwich, but apparently, that was too difficult for them. I didn't receive any mayo at all, and now I'm left with nothing at home to use. This kind of experience is frustrating and happens far too often with fast food. It shouldn't be complicated! I’ve made similar requests before without issue. I can’t help but wonder if the staff struggling with simple tasks have difficulty focusing. It’s not rocket science; it just requires basic listening skills, data entry, and a bit of attention to detail. That’s all there is to it!
The food tasted good. Customer service could have been better. Ordinary door dash and came there at the estimated time the food was accepted to be ready. Finally I got my food after 25 min, ice melted, fries asggy as my food sat
Need friendly person at drive through window. Someone want to be there. My order was not right. I had to go to the window to get the correct order. The manager was nice about correcting the order.
