Mcdonald's - Columbia

I went through drive-thru ask for a #7 no cheese no onion no pickles. I got 2 plain burger. No one listens anymore.I guess if she wasn’t have a conversation in the background my order may have been right.

Waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru with no answer. When they did answer I was told to wait, waited another 15 minutes. Then when I answered employee sounded annoyed that I was there. I would not recommend poor and rude service. And their hours are wrong. It's 6:36 and they told me they are closed. This is a regular occurrence.

Quickly got food and drink by using the kiosk inside.

Not sure about McDonald's in general. Food is just ok, kids like it, and that's ok.. but more importantly, the ice cream machine is always down... This is an issue that has been going on for years.. McDonald FIX IT...

They had to peel the potatoes, pickle the pickles, and bake the bread. After all that, there was no salt on the fries. The bathroom was also dirty. Disappointing after a long
