The food lacked seasoning, and the ambiance felt quite dim. Overall, this buffet is just average. The building itself is showing signs of disrepair.

Absolutely the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The servers were shouting and arguing with each other. I recommend staying away from this place.

The food at Barley was cold, and they had run out of several menu items.

They aren't open at 11am on Sundays. Online will tell you 11am but the time on the door is 11:30am.

Perhaps related to the size of the city's population, some restaurants are very depressed, which also affects the restaurant's service level, food quality, etc....
