Panera Bread - Columbia

Today I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I needed six bagels individually wrapped to give to my teaching team. They packed each bag with cream cheese, butter, and a knife. I am so thankful for how easy they made my morning. Thank you so much!

The atmosphere was pleasant with friendly staff, however the restaurant was quite busy. The broccoli cheddar bread bowl was delicious and impressive.

I had placed an order through the Panera App and when it was delivered there was a couple items missing. The store staff was quick to apologize and went above and beyond to make it right. I had my missing items delivered in less than 10 minutes. Good Job guys! Service was amazing and I appreciate it more than you know!

Good healthy food and better portion sizes. Love the ambiance, their menu is slightly confusing and staff even looks at the menu board to take a reference to what customer wants. The organic drinks are great in taste. I would definitely recommend it to all readers.
