Contribuisci feedbackI tried to order Papa Johns online and waited for an hour and a half. When I tracked my order it said delivered but I never received my food. I called Papa Johns and told them but the people had an attitude. I was able to get my food after they recooked it. I will not be ordering from here again.
We order from Papa’s every week and tonite on our weekly order they sent the wrong pizza and we kept the order “no biggie” to us because we even got boneless wings with the order. But they sent the other order out as well. Thank you Papa’s! That is the definition of Customer Service.
I ordered 2 Cheesesticks and it took 2 hours for it to move from “baking” to “delivered” on the tracker app. However, it wasn’t delivered and when I called to see if it was still on the way (or delivered to another apartment), they hung up on me before I could ask the question half a dozen times. I’m not saying they picked up the phone and hung up. They actually greeted me and when I started to say something, they hung up. When I finally got to ask the question about 20-25 minutes later, they mockingly repeated everything I said, then told me they’re short staffed so I can’t expect the papa tracker to be accurate. Bro, that’s ALL I wanted to know and instead of telling me that, you made a huge deal about it and then made fun of me. I’ve called corporate and I’ll be following up with this until it’s resolved. The cheesesticks arrived 30 minutes later (roughly 3 hours after placing the order).
Any time Tom delivers it's always a pleasure! This location is alright with me. ?
10/10 had issues with my order and the staff promptly fixed it and helped us with our every need.
