Philly Pretzel Factory - Columbia

Used to be a great place! But it looks like it closed down? That's a real shame, it was the only way to get a taste of home here.

Picked up a pretzel tray for my son's birthday and the guy at the counter was very pleasant and thanked me seval times for my business and even gave me a free pretzel....hard to find this service now..great job keep it up!

John the operator is outstanding. Considering he was the only person working, he handled the long line very quickly. He was super friendly, and is a great representation of the brand. John thank you and keep up the good work
