The service was fast and friendly but something seems to be wrong with their ice cream machine or mix. What I got today was not ice cream, it was like a frozen slush with no flavor and not creamy at all. They may want to check on that.

Super disappointed. I have come here several times over the years, but now that I live in Irmo, it's kind of a hike but being that there's a heatwave, what better time for soft serve, right? Wrong. I drove all the way from the other side of town for milk water. I can appreciate that the prices are still reasonable, but I would rather you raise your prices accordingly and have a product worth eating than to waste my time and my gas driving 15 miles for some horribly crystalized frozen milk water. It was terrible. Your reputation is better than that. You will lose a lot of customers if this is the product you continue to put out and stand behind.

It used to be good. Like a many places in Columbia, when you have kids running your establishment, quality takes a nosedive.

Burger basket was ok-ish. Meat was tasteless. Fries weren't hot. Slaw was awful; very dry coarse, hot. Tea chocolate shake were good. Saw some employee food handing concerns. Staff was nice, just disorganized. Place looks dingy and unkept. Outdoor seating area not clean has bad odor from bushes. Parking: Gigantic potholes and cracked uneven pavement makes it dangerous for seniors or younger children. Kid-friendliness: Not a very cheerful place. Saw a little girl trip over the uneven pavement. Wheelchair accessibility: NONE. Couldn't get my walker close to the pickup counter. Was hard to navigate on a dilapidated surface.
