Royal Taj - Columbia

The Royal Taj is the finest Indian Cuisine I have ever had. The food is delicious and prepared and delivered with care. The atmosphere is both peaceful and immersive. Most importantly, this is among the best service you can get in the DMV area constant, attentive and polite. This restaurant is a real attraction for the area.

We absolutely adore this place. Simply the best Indian food you will ever have, anywhere. Period. We've had Indian friends confirm to us that the food at Taj is better than their mama's. Also, the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, and the owner is the nicest man you will ever meet. We used to drive for an hour each way to go there every week end, until we moved. Now we make a stop each time we're in the area. Phenomenal food. Absolutely beautiful place. Perfect 10

The decor was very nice as if you were dinning in a palace. They have a lot of friendly staffs serving the restaurant. The owner visited us at the table and make sure everything was great. Every single dishes was delicious. Our favorite was the Crab coconut curry, it was amazing. Top 5 best India food we had.

We were visiting my son and this is his favorite restaurant. I can see why! The place is immaculate and the service you receive is beyond amazing. I've always been a little scared of Indian food, but the Royal Taj changed my mind on this. The food was fantastic!! Any questions we had, the server was more than happy to answer them. Birthday celebration dinner. Restaurant looks like they have upgraded the furnishings. Beautiful setting. As always the food was wonderful. Flavorful and well executed. Moreover, the customer service is beyond compare. The staff make you feel so important and are really gracious and generous in their care of guests. Wonderful experience. Will always look forward to coming back.
