If you place an order on the app for a specific time, you should expect that you could pick it up at that time. Not only was my order not ready, they couldn't even find it at first. I tip well on the app for pick up orders and it is frustrating when the service does not warrant a tip at all yet they will still receive it.

This is a great location. They do get swamped from time to time especially if the ordering app is up.
