I’d love to try other dishes on the menu, but I can’t seem to resist that delicious red curry over rice... so tasty! My only drawback is that parking can be a challenge since it's located downtown, but the walk from a more distant spot is definitely worth it.
I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant, as I had some delicious Thai food in Columbia. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, I was disappointed that I had to wait half an hour for my food. Additionally, the chefs forgot to put sauce on my friend's dish. On a positive note, the drunken noodles were fantastic, and I highly recommend trying them!
The Thai food was underwhelming. The pad thai didn't have any distinctive flavor, and the sweet and sour fish was just okay. We had to choose a different fish because they didn’t have our first option. The calamari was particularly disappointing; the batter made it very greasy, and it also didn’t taste fresh at all.
It's a really nice place to eat, they have a spicy scale, be careful because it's really spicy (and I love spicy food)
Small family owned business I have always loved this place ever since it was on the Missouri River at coopers landing! The owners have a great and funny since of humor the food is always good and tastey I have been to every Thai place in Columbia and Chims is by far my favorite for authentic taste and presentation! Try the shrimp Thai salad for a spicy healthy treat I am addicted to this salad! My husbands favorite is the chicken Phad Thai he’s been getting it since he was 12 years old
