Wendy's - Columbia

I paid 10$ for a ceaser chicken salad with nonething but lettuce and chicken and there wasn't even alot lettuce. That was just crazy

One of the worse Wendy's around. Not unusual for drive theough staff to ignore you...good luck on getting what you ordered. And if you do I'm pretty sure it looks like it qas just thrown together. Just like Walmart, I have to go back every blue moon toremind myself why I hate it so much.

They will mess up your orders so if you want to add or remove toppings, forget it. Also don't expect any courtesy. But when you see who's working then it all makes sense.

I did a mobile order. Disappointed. The burgers looked tasted like they had been sitting fir while. No fresh juicy here. The fries that are supposed to be now fresh, hot crispy were not that at all. Very disappointed will not be going backanytime soon. It was dinner time on a Friday evening not busy so that should have been my first clue.

Problems here: Crispy chicken BLT without the lettuce and tomato. Order taker rushes you and will not let you finish ordering. People waiting for their food parked in drive thru so as to block patrons who just got their food at the window. Fries portionsizes not consistent...sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. Forgets dipping sauces though they do ask at the order area. Butthe rude employees are unbelievable. Especially the surly woman in the late morning working the window who will glare at youand not say a word. What a shame...this could be a good establishment if someone cared.
