Contribuisci feedbackI couldn't wait to get to the house and give this review! first at 11 o'clock the line was wrapped around the building. that was not really a problem because at 11 o'clock in columbia, their decisions are limited. I finally get into the window and it took at least 3 minutes to make them realize that I was there. when I gave my order, another car moved and the driver called that the line was too long. the cashier asked me to hold me so that he could ask the driver how he knew his name. so I finally placed my order and brought into the window to pay. I gave my card and his phone ringed to the cashier (who wore earphones). he answered his personal phone and went on to say who was on the phone over the mysterious driver who knew his name. I didn't get a threat to my drink, nor did I get serviettes and I had to request a reception, but the most important thing is that the cashier knew about the mysterious driver who knew his name
Drive thru wait time is 30-45 min s. Always full of employees but literally I’ve never waited less than 30mins. Its 10 mins before they even say anything on the speaker. The only reason you can tell they’re open is because there’s always a line. Don’t waste your time. And no they don’t get better over time, only worse. I’ve only been here 3 times and my food hasn’t never even been hot.
Taco salad with no meat or chips!!!! Asked for avocado to be added….$1.30and no avocado. We got 6 biggie bags and no straws in bags. I don’t know why they bother to ask whats the sauce for the nuggets like it makes a difference. Southwestern salad with no tomatoes. Very disappointed! I usually don’t make reviews but Wendy’s WAS one of my family favorite fast food restaurants a big family biggies bags help on a day out! If this was the first time I wouldn’t comment on this but it’s happening at different locations. Always something missing or wrong and have to get back in the line again if lobby is closed or we forget to check like today….
For the 1st time in awhile I had absolutely no complaints. My food was fresh and my order was correct. My strawberry lemonade was mixed perfectly. I did ask for extra syrup tho just because I like mine on the sweeter side. The young lady at the window had to deal with a few very unhappy customers prior to me getting to the window and she was pleasant with great customer service when she was taking care of me. Just wanted to say thanks for the great experience this morning.
This is the nastiest Wendy's I've ever seen. The tables were sticky, carpet was disgusting and service was slow.
