The manager Rachel made it up to me and my family, she was delightful and never attempted to argue with me or give me trouble. It seems like this restaurant has a lot of new people and she has her hands full! The company and certainly the restaurant does not deserve her, her management skills as well as guest services are top notch!!! Thank you so much Rachel. Now THAT, is what I call customer service!!!
Absolutely horrible. Go in and order 2 meals, 25 minutes late still no food. We go up and ask, oh we forgot to make it. 15 minutes go by, ask again, we actually handed your order to you in the drive thru.... we were standing beside the counter the entire wait. Then we are given our cups, go to machine and out of everything except for water, and lemon water. As we leave with our food, we'll we thought was our food, walk past wash sink area and I kid you no roaches. Went back to counter, fought for refund, then found out we didn't even have the right order. This store would be better if it was closed.
Did not have chicken ready at 4pm for dinner hours. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook it Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

We waited at the drive through for like 5+ minutes and got nothing, apparently they were serving a mobile order. They should definitely have more staff on hand. This isn’t appropriate
