Contribuisci feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant is terrible. There are handwritten signs all over the place telling customers to keep children away and not to lick their fingers. On top of that, I was questioned, almost interrogated, about my service dog by a woman who only stopped when I informed her that it is actually against the law to do so. I suggest that the staff be educated on the Americans with Disabilities Act to prevent any future problems.
I absolutely adored dining at this restaurant. There were a plethora of delicious flavors to choose from, including a variety of toppings to enhance the dishes.
I had an absolutely awful experience at this restaurant. I drove here hoping for a nice treat for my kids, but there was only one person working. The long wait in line for toppings and to pay for our yogurt, which was melting, was ridiculous. If you can't hire enough staff, then don't open. I don't mind waiting, but it's frozen yogurt - it shouldn't be melting while we wait.
The food was good as always. However, the inside is a bit run down with marks on the walls and some of the seats. The place needs some TLC.
I love this place, we visit every time we are in town.!
