Sonic Drive In - Columbus

I was amazed that I had a bad experience here. Had a mobile job, everything was good until I got my food. The Jumbo Chicken was not Jumbo and had no chicken on it just scrap. My boss was wrong, the mozzarella sticks were cold and the pulp had a bad taste. There was no icing or sauce. She called the store and talked to a manager she offers to take over the order. So went back to get new order. A part of it was right and a part of it was wrong and this time the drink was not with the order. While I wait 15 minutes to get the drink, I know that 3 people stand at their exit door bc their order was wrong.

I am always disappointed in any way, form or form every time I come to this Sonic site. Waiting times are very long, even for very simple items such as well drinks. Sometimes you have to wait for a long time only until your order is taken. And if you finally get what you ordered, there's always something wrong. It's inevitable. Your food is cold, your drink is melted, it melts your product, etc. Her ice machine is often broken, which really sucks for Sonic Shake lovers like me. They are often made from specific items / ingredients as well. But I have a positive thing to say about this Sonic: if they actually give your order that is done right and in a contemporary way, it is really good. But this event is unfortunately very rare.

So my family took last night, and we ordered. I messed up and put in the wrong number to get it out, but went to the door and the young lady helps me get my stuff to the right place. I just wish he had a window like many others I saw. My note was somehow over boiled and cold, but no other problems. Great help from staff tho.

I love Sonic perpetrators. You're the next thing I've ever seen as Mana. But good GAWD, you have to wait. Last month was three times at this place, and every time the wait was against the name. The food is always good, but you better not starve when you're here.

This location is really hit or miss for me, the food is good most of the time, but the major issue is the wait time for the food. If you catch them at certain times, the wait could be between 10 and 20 minutes. Also there is a really bad teenager problem of hanging out in the parking lot. You can tell they obviously are just there and not patrons of the establishment.
