I loved the food but didn’t appreciate the 20% gratuity added on at the end. I usually tip good but that was extreme for a buffet style service!

The atmosphere leaves much to be desired, as the dining area consists of a few tables situated next to the hotel bar. The food was fairly average. I ordered a shrimp salad, which was excellent, but the shrimp was overcooked and became tough and rubbery. My wife chose a noodle dish that also featured the same overcooked shrimp; while the noodles were tasty, the shrimp did not impress. However, we did enjoy a very nice cheese board as an appetizer. I would recommend stopping by for drinks and appetizers, but for your main course, there are definitely better dining options in the area.

The cost of the food was somewhat high considering the level of service we received during dinner. Our server appeared to be quite inexperienced and was in the process of training someone. I'm not sure why she was chosen for that role, as it didn’t seem to work out well. However, we had breakfast the next day, and the service was improved. I would give our breakfast experience a 4, while dinner was clearly a low 3.

The buffet is far too pricey, and the automatic 20% gratuity for minimal service feels excessive!

This was a great alternative to cooking. Great variety of options, however, not many sides were kid friendly (that's a parent fault). But overall great experience. Would do it again!
