Bibibop Asian Grill - Columbus

This one is inside Easton Town center. Great views when you're sitting and eating the food is good. Vegetables and everything tastes fresh. Ask for an extra helping. If you want they will give it to you. You just have to ask. When I came there are some people that do not speak fluent English, but if they don't understand you or have something else to say, they will get someone who knows how to speak fluid English and they'll answer your question.

Everything is fine, except the Asian lady working there needs to learn the basics of customer service. Rude and abrasive for absolutely no reason. Everyone else is working there is fine. Food is fine.

Food is healthy AND tasty. Difficult balance to achieve. Little to no wait time, fair pricing, staff can certainly use a bit more motivation. Definitely coming back again tomorrow.

Was at Easton Town Center and we chose Bibibop. We found the food and Miso soup tastier and the portion larger than the Reynoldsburg location that we normally go to. Thank you for exceeding our expectations.

Lost my vote. Too much change not enough good service. I understand the short staffing.. during these timessss. But man o man. This was Henderson Rd. N close to winterset elementary... Now I refuse to have food brought to me from any of them same thing has happened with me and chipotle so it's not like it's a soul ey loner type deal ?? I wish others to have a much better experience than I had because like I said I did not have mucho Bueno experience.. Wishing you guys the best of luck in your up and coming changes and hopefully they will be the right ones and it will bring me back in for a taste. ?
