Big Mamma's Burritos - Columbus

I ordered the vegan chorizo burrito and how half of it was salad. I mean, I enjoyed it, but I could make a better home. I also wish they had more plant-based options.

I usually doordash peoples food from here...but I decided to finally try it myself...and it was AMAZING!!! Just off of the first bite. And I usually don't eat burritos, so this was dope to have a good experience from them. And can I talk about the time it took to make it...under 5 minutes to get my order, I was truly shocked. I would most certainly have them again!

I bought a breakfast burrito, paying $11+ through DoorDash. I was expecting a burrito worth the value. It was small and greasy. The salsa was very little. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Next time I'll go to Chipotle and get something close to the value.

Poor customer service and got my order wrong. The employee working was clearly in a bad mood, calling me out for not placing my order with my friend’s (said in a judgemental way, not in a kidding way) (I had not decided what I wanted yet). I told him I didn’t have to order then and he said that made “no sense”. Actually, the attitude made no sense. Got my food which included enough salsa for literally 3 chips and my order did not come with the promised chipotle ranch. Overall very disappointing and will not be returning.

Yummy basic burrito food that is reasonably priced and open late! great cheap late night snack/meali love their queso so i like to get a bag of chips w queso. they also have a walking taco which i adore and often get since it’s such a novelty you can’t really get anywhere else other than high school football games.
