Contribuisci feedbackThe service is incredibly slow. We ordered two Heppers meals and two burgers, and even with three cars ahead of us and cars behind us, we waited ten minutes before anyone left.
He waited for 45 minutes in the drive-thru. Employees in the back were smoking instead of working, and when they finally came up to the window, they were using foul language. It seemed like the man who was smoking was just chatting with the other workers.
I waited in line for 30 minutes at the drive-thru at Bradley Park this morning. Only one window was open, and the employee seemed unaware that someone was working the collection window. It would be great if they could improve their organization, as many customers were leaving without placing their orders.
Waits on the drive thru menu for 10 minutes. drove into the window and was told that I could not order there and had to drive around again. I asked for the manager, but she was too busy cooking.
This is most likely the slowest fast food restaurant in the entire city. I waited in the drive thru for well over 30 minutes.
