Chophouse 614 - Columbus

Overpriced and not really worth it. My friends have definitely prepared better meals, and I probably won't be dining here again.

We dined at Chophouse for our anniversary celebration while visiting Columbus from Cleveland for the weekend. We frequently visit fine dining restaurants, and this experience was notably different. Our cocktails didn't arrive until after we had already received our entrees. We ordered our appetizers, but then our server seemed to vanish for a while. Although we ordered drinks along with our dinner in hopes of enjoying them during our meal, they actually arrived at the same time as our entrees. While the food was good, the high prices didn’t seem justified given the level of service. The manager did make rounds to check on other tables, but unfortunately, he never stopped by ours.

The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere! I would definitely recommend this place.

Another amazing meal! What made this one exceptional was our server, Calvin. His recommendations were all amazing, by the time we ordered entrees we had him choose for us! You can tell he genuinely cared if we enjoyed our meal and took the time to make the experience exceptional. Kudos to Calvin!
