The restaurant offers excellent service and amazing food. The staff is fantastic and the atmosphere is perfect for a dine-in dinner. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 5. Highly recommended dishes include the delicious BBQ.

When we ordered online and went to pick up the food, the order was placed correctly but the food was not brought out to us curbside as requested. When we got home, the order was a mess - missing sauces, incorrect bread, cold meat, and forgotten sides. The store was deserted and the staff seemed unprofessional, eating and goofing off in plain sight. When I returned to the store to have the order fixed, the manager was unhelpful and rude. The staff seemed disorganized and unable to fulfill a simple order correctly. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail at this restaurant is truly disheartening. I will not be returning to this establishment and hope to see improvements in the future with new management and staff. It was a terrible experience and I will keep my receipt as a reminder to never visit again.

I can't be too harsh. The food was not bad. But when you're in Oklahoma and have BBQ at two world-renowned smokehouses? Well, I'm sure for Columbus this great stuff! Like I said, it isn't bad. We ordered dinner on line. When we arrived, 10 min after it was supposed to be ready, I was told. It will be a few minutes. When I asked why it was late I received a huffy reply, it is just late . A minutes later they asked my name, and a few minutes later told me they did not have my order. In the background are cooks dancing behind the counter. I walked to my car, got my phone and showed them the order. When I returned the cooks were gone and one of the staff was trying to find them. The huffy counter person now said, are you sure you have your right name? Now getting frustrated, I said, we are both looking at my phone, with the order and the name, I don 't understand. After a few more minutes a nicer person came to my rescue and offered to make my order. 30 mins after my call in order was supposed to be ready I got my food. The food was the same amazing food that City BBQ has served me for years. That store has gone in the tank, very poorly managed, a staff that clearly does not want to be there, and customer service lacking in every way. I hope they get new management because this is the best BBQ in Ohio.

We had their food for a big group of friends and family, and everyone loved it! We ordered ribs and chicken, along with sides like mac and cheese, corn pudding, baked beans, green beans, slaw, salad, peach cobbler, and chocolate cake. Everything was delicious!
