Contribuisci feedbackWe arrived a bit before 11 and ended up waiting in the car. When 11 rolled around, we were informed that the dining room wouldn't open until around 12:30. We were simply waiting for my friends to arrive, and there was no apology or explanation for the delay! It would be helpful if they scheduled their staff properly so they can open on time as advertised. This place has terrible management!
The large woman in the kitchen was very rude. She refused to correct a customer's order simply because he didn't have his receipt. I saw him place the order and he likely discarded the receipt without realizing the sandwich was wrong. When he returned with the burger, he was visibly frustrated and ultimately drove away because he couldn't find the receipt. The cook loudly proclaimed that the cashier hadn't entered the A1 burger into the system. It seems the young cashier with glasses was the one at fault in this situation. It was unfortunate for the young customer, especially since he wasn't to blame. It seems like the "Fan First Promise" isn't really upheld here; any other establishment would have promptly addressed the issue and provided the correct burger.
My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The staff had negative attitudes, and I ordered a triple A-1 1/2 pound burger meal but only received a double, despite paying for a triple. When my wife approached the cashier to ask for some sauce, he responded with an attitude. I won't be returning to this location. Having worked in three fast food restaurants myself, I can confidently say that the customer service here is the worst I've encountered, and the staff all seem to have an unpleasant demeanor.
Can no longer get chocolate ice cream with a blizzard but will charge me .60 for chocolate sauce?! Employee said they are no longer ?allowed? to use chocolate ice cream in a blizzard and said it was just this location, under new management. Told them wewon?t be back to this location and called corporate office for clarification on this?..the lady I spoke with said ?that doesn?teven make sense?. No kidding.
Food, staff and service are 100% here. Immaculately clean inside and out. Friendly and enjoyable staff, no long wait time. I definitely recommend this DQ
