Very inviting, food is amazing. I've always gone to another place close but because they were not open I was forced to find pho elsewhere and here we are. The other place being closed is the best thing to happen to me. There aren't as many options but they make up for that with flavor. Full. Flavor. Lots of fresh veggies, my sister and I didn't have to ask for extra anything, and it was seasoned slightly whereas the other places don't do that. The fixings are on the table already, you won't have to ask and I like the flavors of the seasonings on the tables. The sweet one has a teriyaki flavor and the hot, unlike other places, isn't JUST hot. The hot one had so much flavor I added to much. Let's just say I made my pho so hot I couldn't taste Pepsi (they also have Coke) but I wasn't mad about it because it was actually flavorful. I think I left with a smile, tho I only know because I felt it in my heart . . . since my lips were numb. Go here. Enjoy.
Great little spot! We started with the spring rolls and egg rolls. Spring rolls were huge but not too special otherwise. The real star were the pork egg rolls, super tender, delicately flaky, and stuffed with delicious well seasoned pork rather than cabbage or other fillers. I ordered the pork combo banh mi and my dining companion got the shaved beef pho. The pork combo banh mi came in a really nice bun, crispy exterior, soft resilient interior. The pork and skin were tender and the cucumber and cilantro were super fresh. The beef pho was very good, a big helping of rich stock, noodles, raw beef and a full side plate of fresh crunchy sprouts, cilantro, Thai basil, mint and serrano slices.
The prices are reasonable, and the portions are very generous—I couldn't even finish my pho! The restaurant is clean and beautifully designed. Our server was friendly and brought out our food at just the right time. I will definitely return! Plus, the hot tea was complimentary.
The Vietnamese food here is genuinely authentic! Be sure to try their weekly Sunday special for a unique and different experience. They also serve the perfect vegetables to accompany the noodle soup bowls. The broth is rich in bold flavors. This place is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!
