First Watch - Columbus

We frequently visit this First Watch location when passing through Columbus. Despite being consistently busy, the restaurant always delivers delicious food and quick service. The staff and manager are welcoming and go out of their way to accommodate guests.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food and service go above and beyond expectations.

I would like to make a suggestion. When someone orders their food online on your website, and they have given themselves ample time to make it to your restaurant knowing the traffic may be horrible and take a lot of time. It would really nice for your place to be able to que up that order online at that moment when the customer makes your Cashier/Host and Hostess aware that they set the order for 30 minutes in the future but were able to make it there faster than expected. Instead of making it a 30 minute wait when the customer is standing right there in front of your register. Call an audible and make it happen. 7-8 minutes of a wait is way better than 30 minutes of standing there waiting. Even offer them to have a seat at least and give them an option for faster service. If that would work better for their situation. Either way the experience for the customer would be way better with an active response to resolve the time to waiting so long.

I really enjoy the fresh pressed juices and eggs Benedict at this restaurant. Honestly, the premade drinks were just okay and a bit overpriced for being pre-mixed. I also appreciate the shared table concept for those who don't want to wait in line.

Excellent lunch for my family. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable, but everything about the food, staff, and overall dining experience was great. Even the kids meals got thumbs up from my kiddos. The coffee was phenomenal. I do wish they had actual cream instead of creamer packets, since it is a breakfast and brunch specialty restaurant, but hardly an issue that would keep me from going again. Hmm, that's all I can think of! Go here! Get the lemon ricotta pancakes!
