I made a reservation at this restaurant through the OpenTable app, but upon arrival, there was no hostess or clear check-in stand. The bartender ignored us and we decided to leave without ordering. I had difficulty canceling the reservation through the app and had to call a number provided, which led to a voicemail. However, the management reached out to me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Although we miss the formal dining room from years past, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the ambiance of the newly renovated hotel lobby and dining area.

It is absurd that a large hotel would have a restaurant with such a limited and simplistic menu.

I'm just hoping that the food was subpar because we are late at 9:15 We had pizza for the kids which the sauce tasted like ketchup sugar, my husband got fondue which was not creamy and was separating, I got the cheese plate, which I loved, I had no complaints about that at all! However, I ordered the lemon basil creme brulee, which was clearly NOT creme brulee at all, but was a lemon bar, it even had a crust on it no basil flavor at all. My husband got the apple desert which was on an unsweetened pizza dough crust, which was not appetizing. Everyone in the family complained about their food, I was the only one who liked a portion of my meal.

Please disregard my ratings on the food or menu because we never ordered. Then the app wouldn’t let me cancel. I tried later and it gave me a number to call...which led to a voicemail Was contacted by management and they def made things right.
