Hibachi Express - Columbus

The hibachi experience was just mediocre—nothing to write home about. The customer service was disappointing. A young girl took my order and, when I was about to pay, I requested extra yum yum and teriyaki sauce. Unfortunately, she forgot to include them in my to-go bag. When I brought this to their attention, an older lady was rather aggressive while checking my receipt. She confirmed that I had indeed ordered and paid for the extra yum yum, but the young girl hadn't charged me for the teriyaki. I left a $5 tip on a $12 bill, and instead of apologizing and just giving me a 10-cent cup of sauce, they insisted that I scan my card for a dollar for the sauce they forgot to add. I won’t be returning.

Can’t even hold you it’s delicious. It’s always served hot and seasoned well. And the veggie hibachi is pretty filling.Food: 5/5

After spending over $30 I ordered chicken and salmon, should've went to the grocery store instead, very small portion of salmon and over cooked dry hard, chicken was over cooked dry hard had over abundance of rice than meat, shrimp fried rice was all rice 10 pieces of shrimp, crab ragoons were the only good item in my order, I ate the food because I was at home and I didn't want to cook and I was hungry from working a 10 hr shift but will not under any circumstances will be even considering this place for anything. wished I would've taken pictures.

Ordered takeout online, had the steak, veggies, chicken and fried rice meal. Had crab ragoon on the side. Everything was delicious, the best crab ragoon I've had in a long time. Wonderful, quick service. The staff was so polite. I will def go back and bring a friend.Food: 5/5
