Kfc - Columbus

The service was terrible. I waited more than 30 minutes for an 8-piece family meal, even though the drive-thru wasn't busy. I decided to walk in, but it took about 10 minutes for someone to take my order, and then I had to wait another 30 minutes for my meal.

This store never has any chicken!! It?s the only location with spicy instead of just crispy and they never have any! I drive from the west side of town to get this. 10/26/2022 this store charged my card $54.97 for a order of $7.09 now I have to wait 7to 10 days before I receive my money back. I?m on a fixed income!! I get the spicy wings and they are refried they forget thebiscuits ????????????

The service here was awful due to the loud horn; it was hard to hear anything they were saying. In the end, they didn't even fulfill my entire order. I definitely recommend avoiding this place and looking for another dining option instead.

Please be patient with the staff, as they are currently short-handed. The team members who are here are working very hard. I've always received my food fresh and hot when I place an order.

1st time I went here the cashier walked out to buy weed. 2nd time chicken way over cooked and forgot my one of my sides. There cooking the chicken way ahead of time and putting it in a oven. That was the last time I ever go there.
