KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken - Columbus

When we got there they were out of chicken that was cooked. We had to wait 15 to 20 minutes. The chicken was good. But I prefer not to have to wait that long we were picking up food and taking it home to other people.

Quality of the food was good, but at 4:00 pm on a Sunday how can you be out of wings and breasts?? We had to purchase all dark pieces which was the special. It's Sunday ... probably your busiest day! This management blunder never ceases to amaze me!

This is the 4th time ive come 10-15 minutes to close and the building is already closed down. Today i went 10 before close and took these pictures. They didn?t answer the phone either, and when I pulled up there was a man in a red shirt just walkingaround when I went to take pictures he ducked off into the office so i could not see him. Very disappointed and tired of wastingmy gas.

Went thru here at around 10:00pm. Sat about 5 minutes before a guy came on to take our order. Real life had an issue with a chicken sandwich. Grant he closed in an hour and he had to drop one piece of chicken. I ordered a famouse bowl. We waited forthe chicken no issue. Got our food We leave. Had to go back around and get a fork for me. Famouse bowl was gross. Mashedpotatoes tasted sour. Chicken was mush. Gravy was ice cold. No corn, no cheese. Like come on. We didn't order some big familymeal or nothing. We've been driving all day and we're starving. The store didn't have a soul at it. Just pick somewhere else.

Went to eat here for a quick dinner after having a long day. And I just want to say thank you to James and his father for showing up to work today! James was so funny to talk to and made it fun to place the order. He made sure to ask his father ifthey still had certain foods available in the back before we placed and paid for our order. Highly recommend this location basedon quality of Food and Communication!!
