Lalibela - Columbus

I want to start letting them know that I have never eaten in an Ethiopian restaurant, so they know that during the review read. service was good. nothing extraordinary but sufficient. platz seemed quite down, but some “hole on the wall” orte, which seem to run down, can be quite good. will not make eating bad, only let them know they don't need to dress up. somehow I have a mixed plate, and I'm not all sure what was on it. the meat (I assume that goats were seasoned and cooked well and had a nice bite. most everything else, I found quite bland, as it is clear that they know how to cause jazz. the only thing that really didn't care was the injera. was not a fan of this silly rolling. I have heard that this place is good, and some of the reasons I may not have taken care of were due to the ethnic differences in contrast to the quality when I had a true taste for Ethiopia. that's why I gave 4 stars instead of 3, because I know others who ate here and feel that they make a good job.

The food was good, took awhile for my food. The location is a restaurant/ pool haul/ lounge. The prices were great! I like the vegetarian option

Friday 12/10/2021 was the last time I will be giving this establishment anymore of my business. I've been coming here religiously 1-4 times a month the last 2.5 years. It's like clockwork almost every Friday. I order the same thing and pay the same amount. And almost every time the customer service is top notch. Until Friday evening. The young lady with the braces behind the bar. That by far was the worst interaction I've had to date with this restaurant and it was enough not to come back. I placed an order for pick up, showed up at the time she said it would be ready. Ignored me for a while, finally asked what I was there for, ignored me some more, tells me they made my meal wrong, bags my meal after a total of 1.25 hours from the time I called and placed the order. Then I get home and I didn't get all my order but was charged for it. Remember I come there like clockwork and get the same thing. She told she didn't charge me for anything extra and there wasn't nothing she could do. I called back several times to no avail. I'm done with this place. It only took this horrible experience.

Horrible services and please don't get their shiro. It is literally full of garlic, no flavor, for 11 dollars they give a very small portion, overall a disgusting food. You can see the little garlics on the picture and the garlic is not cooked all the way. Very disappointed
