Contribuisci feedbackThis was a business that my family and I would faithfully patronize. The receptionist who took my order made a gross mistake and overcharged me. In an effort to correct the situation, I asked for the owner, Gina, to be informed. She responded so coldly and dismissed our concerns, instantly taking up for her employee, without hearing us out. We were rushed off of the phone and disregarded. If you're looking for a local business that values customer service and connections, this is NOT the one. The owner sees you as a number that can easily be replaced.Edit to owner's response: The review was written for customers, not for a lackluster response from you. I'm sorry that I have a low tolerance for dishonest owners who also badly influence their employees. You are the one who needs help and training.
I 've had Thai Curry, but Lemongrass exceeded my expectations. The flavors blend very well three chili heat level is perfect for me. It was hot, but I was able to enjoy all of the other flavors notes of my curry. I would have preferred more veggies less chicken. The serving portions are big you 'll have enough for two sittings. I 'm adding Lemongrass to my rotation as a replacement for F*j*.
Best meal my family has had since we moved to Columbus 6 months ago. Fantastic, so flavorful. We do suggest ordering Spice Level 2 for flavor, but not to much heat.

Horrible customer service. This use to be a place that my family and I loved but it has become trash. They over charged my cousin for our food then skimmed out on the portions. They were no looking for anything FREE but wanted to be charged CORRECTLY as they always order the same dish at least 2-3 times a month. Manager Gina is horrible. She is very rude and condescending. Only after money and not about their customer. When they brought the complaint to her attention she rushed them off the phone after 10 MINUTES( 5 of which she kept her on hold for) and told them if they don’t want to order again SHE DOESNT CARE. They will be taking their business as well as their colleagues business to another Thai restaurant. Save your money and patronize a place that appreciates your business.
