When I tried to order 7 cakes, the manager refused and accused me of being excessive, only allowing me to order 5 cakes. I found this behavior to be incredibly disrespectful and will not be returning.
The cashier at the first window was friendly, but our experience was ruined by the rude behavior of the manager with long braids. We won't be returning to this restaurant and they definitely need to improve their customer service training.
No idea when these mcdonalds unlocked their doors. they are constantly using pandemic as an apology to not let customers in and order and they make them go through the drive thru, which is not always possible.

Whoever works the late night weekend shift needs to be talked to, just absolutely terrible. The lady very rude when I pulled up to the speaker. Then when I got to the window continued to cuss and complain about having to do work. Then all my food was made horribly and half the times forgotten. Literally just tried this McDonald’s because it’s closer. The one on Bethel is definitely a much better location.
