Outback Steakhouse - Columbus

We are on our way back home and decided to stop at Outback for dinner since it was conveniently located across the street from our hotel. The staff was friendly, although they appeared to be a bit inexperienced.

The food is generally quite good, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, the service could use some improvement. My biggest concern is with the host or hostess. I'm not sure what changed since the relocation, but...

I attempted to place a delivery order, but the app was malfunctioning, so I had to opt for pickup instead, which was quite inconvenient. When I called to inquire about the delivery issues...

Basic chain restaurant. They were understaffed it seemed. But the service was still ok. Not a place I would return to.

Large dining areas. Servers friendly and prompt. Orders correct. Young staff, but have worked together through high school and return during college breaks.
