The vegan pizza is amazing. probably the best I had!

The cashew ricotta is crazy good. we ordered the simple red and were blown away. there are many variants of this foundation that we are happy to go back and try.

We love paulie gees. they have a really great vegan menu with all the cheese and hearty meat that is on a regular pizza, because sometimes they don't just want paprika and mushrooms. we love their Wednesday/Thursday happy hours special, where they make 3 vegan cakes for $33! also makes big rest.

I have tried all their vegan options, and all are excellent, but the show stuff is the vegan square. crispy edges, thick crust, the light well maintained taste of the banan pepper combined with the Italian tomato, basilikum, garlic and chili oil is pizza collection!

If you like the wood oven taste you will love this pizza but I felt like the fire/burned taste took away from the flavor nice ambiance and several vegan options but the pizza tasted like fire to me...
