Pizza Hut - Columbus

Food was wonderful/fresh. Staff was friendly. Order was ready in a timely manner!

So I called Pizza Hut today which is March 22nd 2024. Ok so let’s get to the problem first time I called I couldn’t even understand the man who talked to me and I said umm hold on can I and then they hung up on me. So then I called right back and another young man answered and I asked to speak to the manager and I was on the phone for over an hour. At that point I’m over it. Pizza Hut is not what it used to be when I was younger if you ask me Pizza Hut here in Columbus needs to leave and be replaced with a different pizza place like Marcos.

Drive thru is nice, delivery is a rip off. Dine in is closed more often than not. Other locations are much better, this location is maybe 2.5 stars on a good day!

Love this location!. There was an online order discrepancy, and they gave us a discount for the inconvenience. They were very polite and generous. Love the staff here. Food wad prompt and came out delicious as usually.
