Pizza Hut - Columbus

Pizza's were TERRIBLE INNIS RD HUT. Both pizza's only had a LITTLE SAUCE. Pizza dough was TERRIBLE AND FOOD WAS COLD. Breadsticks were NOT FRESH HOT BUT COLD AND.HARD..

Friendly and prompt service. Our pepperoni thin-crust pizza was delicious with generous topping.

Got sent the wrong pizza and was burnt to top it off,3 tries 30 mins total on hold,never got thru to store to get fixed,,next time I will drive to speedway and get a pizza

You all may believe paying $13 for one pizza isn't bad, but when money is tight and wanted a treat of pizza, one would expect it to be done right. Not a hard request for millions that order. Not sure why pizza hut as a whole company feels the need to rip patrons off by skimping on the cheese and over load the sauce and believe people don't notice. Yes, I know you are chain stores owned by many, but as a whole company you would be stricter on the individuals that pay you for the use of the name. PEOPLE WANT CHEESE ON THEIR PIZZA!! STOP BEING SKIMPY ON THE CHEESE AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!

Do not order from this location! I placed an online delivery order, which I was CHARGED for but I never received…I called the store multiple times, waited ridiculous amount of minutes to be placed on hold and then to have the call dropped… I want my money BACK!!! If you don’t want to go through this , save your time and money and order from a different location.
